You might think that I have been lucky and had 2 perfect sleepers but actually, this couldn't be further from the truth! My children, Ida and Toby, are now 6 and 4 but during the first 4 years of Motherhood, I didn't sleep through the night once.

Ida had lots of complex dietary challenges which had a huge impact on her sleep. With Ida I've also experienced sleep apnoea and febrile convulsions through the night. Then Toby came along and he brought his own challenges, some diet-related, some second child related - I'd spent 3 years getting Ida to sleep so I wasn’t about to risk him waking her up. 

What I'm trying to say is I genuinely understand how it feels to be in the real depths of long term sleep deprivation. I have my own personal experience and the knowledge that I have learnt since as a Certified Sleep Nanny (I wish I had known me 6 years ago!)

My passion now is to support you with your sleep challenges. I wish I could turn the clock back and that I had asked for support sooner. But now every time I get that message from a Mom telling me her baby slept all night or napped for longer than 40 minutes I am so happy for them because I really do know how much this means.
